CUNARD:  Queen Mary 2 Remastered


MGA Media Group created a high-impact PR campaign to re-launch Cunard’s flagship ocean liner Queen Mary 2 to the media and public after the ship underwent an extensive renovation costing approximately $132 million. MGA developed and executed a large-scale event on QM2 to showcase the newly-designed ship and generate national and local press coverage of the “remastering” with these key messages: contemporizing the brand, luxury at sea, business, and­ – and a unique selling point: the only kennels at sea.

The re-launch event generated global news coverage, with more than 40 million broadcast audience, 6 million print circulation (in 133 outlets), and 742 million online UVM in North America.
